THE TALENT FACTORY

The Talent Management program is a path that can be undertaken by anyone who has the desire to become a professional photographer (with previous experience in photography and theory knowledge). Talent will be followed in a personal way by a tutor who during a defined period of time (it can take from 6 months up to a year) will train the professional of tomorrow through a personalized path enhancing their skills. The tutor will pass on experiences in the technical, creative and managerial fields necessary to create aware photographers; aware of their means and their attitudes and aware of how to face the professional world facing the opportunities with the right mindset. At the end of the training period, the program includes the creation of a photographic book which is immediately intended to be the portfolio of the new professional, created in the Academy's studios and with the Academy equipment.
